STARA School was honored to welcome Philipp Cottier and his daughter – Anissa Cottier, who visited to show Donze Foundation’s commitment to supporting girls’ education. Their presence brought great encouragement to our students, with the Anissa serving as a living example of leadership and compassion for the next generation, she spoke to our girls and listened to their stories and really encouraged them. As our Director – Josephine Mumo shared, “As a champion of girl empowerment and school development, your work stands as a beacon of hope. We are especially grateful that your daughters are joining you—this is not only a family legacy of giving, but also an inspiration to the young girls at STARA that they, too, can grow to become changemakers.” This memorable visit has left a lasting impact on our school community, strengthening our mission and vision to empower every girl to reach her full potential.
